General Airport Pickup Information

Our driver will receive you by the arrival airline baggage claim, and he/she will be holding the PASSENGER name sign. Our driver will text/call you when you arrive. If there is any difficulty for locating the driver, please call us immediately for assistance at +1(989)-917-3660.

Cancellation Policy

Important Cancellation Rules:

Cancellation made 24 hours before scheduled pickup time is without penalty
Cancellation made within 24 hours or after scheduled pickup time is subject to full fare and gratuity charges - no exception
All reservations require separate cancellation

If any changes or cancellation needed in reservation between the Pickup time 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, please call +1 (989) 912-3660 before 11:00 PM, the night before schedule pickup, in order to avoid charges. Our office hours are between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, however, we do provide 24 hours service, and we dispatch/assign all reservations for the next morning by 11:00 PM.

No Show Charges

Please DON’T leave the baggage area before you call us at +1(989)-917-3660 in order to avoid the NO SHOW up charges.

No show up charges at Airport is **full fare** (No exception).
Other Airports & cities are subject to **full fare + other charges**.

Rates & Gratuity

Automatic Charges:

20% gratuity will be automatically added to all reservations
$15 Airport fee will be added for all Airport pickup reservations
$25 Meet & Greet service with name sign at the airport (if selected)

Same terms and condition apply to over the phone or online reservations for payment convenience. Rates are base fare for sedans & does not include additional charges of gratuity, Fuel/insurance surcharge i.e. (3.5% is credit card processing fee & 2%–5% is fuel surcharges depends on type of car) and Tolls (if applicable). SUV Upgrades, Vans & Stretch limos are different rates. Please call +1 (989) 912-3660 to inquire.

Deposits

All deposits are subject to NON-refundable unless reservation is cancelled in a timely manner.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Weather & Road Conditions

Company is not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).

Damage & Liability

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the use. $100 fee for each carpet or seat burn. **$250 sanitation fee**.

Payment Terms

Balances are required to be **prepaid to the company before the run date** & before the beginning of the trip.

Mechanical Issues

Company is not liable in the event of **mechanical breakdown** while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

Prohibited Activities

Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.

Vehicle Capacity

Vehicles **cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity**. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.

Important Notes:

All cancellations require 24 hours prior notice before scheduled pickup time
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of pre-arranged time
Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines (driver's discretion)
Driver has the right to terminate service without refund for client indiscretion
Detroit Airport Car Service is not responsible for any damage caused by affiliated Subcontractors
